Cable products may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 calendar days upon receipt (all countries). Special Orders: Custom length cables are not returnable. Modified or altered cable products are not returnable or refundable. Return Authorization required by contacting Support Services. Warranty: 10 years parts and labor repair or replacement. Complete information is outlined on the Instruction Sheet included in the product package. Please note that all orders are via our online store or by emailed Invoice.
Shipping Policy
Free Domestic USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days (signature may be required).
International Orders
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail $40 Flat Rate. Estimated delivery 6-10 business days of the shipment date (does not include Customs delays). We do not ship our products to alternate addresses or Freight Forwarding Companies.
